Careers at Berg Solution
For people that matter to us.

Berg operates in healthcare technology. When we do our work well, a healthcare practice becomes easier to discover. A patient finds it. They understand its services. They can book. They access the care they need.
That chain starts with the work our people do. There is a person at the other end of everything we build.
We're still building the company itself. That's not a disclaimer — it's an opportunity.

The work connects to real healthcare practices and real patients. Someone improving a booking experience isn't merely changing a UI — they're helping a patient access care they need.

Take responsibility for outcomes. Make decisions. Shape how things are built. You own the work — we own our responsibility to help you succeed.

We want people to leave every season at Berg more capable than when they entered it — whether they stay for six months or six years. Learn, experiment, build a portfolio.

Your job should matter. It shouldn't be your whole identity. We respect families, friendships, studies, interests, communities, rest, and personal ambitions. Berg is not competing with those things.
Not everything at Berg already exists. Systems need creating. Processes need improving. Experiences need designing. Technology needs building.
“There will be things here that haven't been built yet. Maybe you're the person who should build them.”
We build useful things. Everything should ultimately solve a real problem for a real person.
Not everyone is the right fit. And that's okay. Here's who we're looking for.
Authentic people who show up as themselves. No masks, no politics.
"Be real. Say what you mean. Mean what you say. That's where trust starts."
Owns outcomes. Doesn't wait to be chased. Delivers on commitments.
"When you say you'll do something, people should be able to depend on it."
Cares about doing things well. Not perfection — craft.
"The work matters, so we care about doing it well. Think carefully. Ship. Learn. Iterate."
Approaches problems from first principles. Uses imagination.
"The best solutions come from people who refuse to accept 'that's how it's always been done.'"
Healthcare and technology aren't just career choices — they matter.
"There is a person at the other end of what we build. That matters to us."
Doesn't follow tradition blindly. Asks why. Challenges assumptions.
"Don't ask 'how has this always been done?' Ask 'what would be the best way to do this?'"
Every decision, every pixel, every interaction — does this make things better for the person using it?
"The customer experience isn't a department. It's everything. Every touchpoint. Every detail. Every moment."
We design work around what helps people do their best work, rather than following traditions simply because companies have always worked that way.
Currently primarily remote, with occasional in-person sessions where being together genuinely adds value.
We trust people with freedom. Freedom comes with responsibility. Move work forward without needing constant supervision.
We'll trust you, give you meaningful responsibility and help you grow. In return, we ask you to care — about the work, about the people it affects, and about becoming excellent at what you do.
Patients, practitioners, employees, interns, partners, communities. People are not machinery for producing business results. High standards and human dignity are not mutually exclusive.
Take responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting to be chased. When something goes wrong, say so. When you make a commitment, people should be able to depend on it.
Especially when something has gone wrong. Trust is foundational. Without integrity, remote work fails, autonomy fails, everything fails.
Think carefully. Understand the problem. Care about details. Seek feedback. Improve. Ship. Learn. Iterate. Excellence is not perfectionism — it's caring enough to do things well.
Nobody knows everything. Be willing to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and grow. The best people are perpetually curious.
Approach problems from first principles. Use imagination. Challenge assumptions. Think like a disrupter. The best solutions come from people who refuse to accept “that's how it's always been done.”
We take the work seriously. We don't believe work should take over your life. We want people to do meaningful work here and have meaningful lives outside of it — time for families, friendships, interests, studies, communities, rest, and personal ambitions.
Berg is not competing with those things.
Commitments and outcomes still matter. But we believe people who are rested, fulfilled, and respected do better work than people who are merely exhausted.
Your CV matters, but it doesn't tell us everything.
Send us the projects you've built, the work you're proud of, your portfolio, your GitHub, your designs, your writing, your research, your videos — anything that helps us understand what you can bring.
We care less about impressive titles than evidence that you can learn, build, think and deliver.
For roles requiring specific qualifications, those requirements will be clearly stated.
Great people don't all need to fit into the same employment box.

If you think you could contribute to what Berg is building, we'd rather hear from you than have you rule yourself out because you don't fit a conventional job description.
You don't need to know everything before you start. You do need to be willing to learn.
Internships at Berg give you real work exposure, mentoring, practical responsibility, portfolio-building opportunities, feedback, and genuine industry experience.
Not every discipline always has an internship available. But we'd still love to know you exist.
